1991 Bernese Mountain Dog Club of America Quilt

Roxanne Bortnick was the lucky winner of this beautiful quilt raffled at the Bernese Mountain Dog Club of America's 1991 Specialty in Pittsburgh. This quilt has squares made by the regional clubs and it was assembled by Lynn Hawkinson.

Roxanne bought only one ticket and asked the gentleman selling the tickets if they would ship it to her when she won as she would not be able to stay until the drawing. [That's confidence!!]

"When I returned home, one of my regional club members called and said I should come see her as she had brought home my quilt."
